Couldn't agree more, though I couldn't have put it so elegantly... congrats and look forward to seeing the full review.
Ditto. This was my absolute favorite dish at Avenues. Enjoyed my meal last Friday a great deal. Service was spotless and having the opportunity to watch the dishes come together from the bar was a great fun. I cant say enough about it.
I was just in Chicago last week; I wish I had known about your restaurant. I'll be back soon though and will definitely chack it out, your food looks outstanding.
